Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL, Stamm, 2010)

treeThe Professional Quality of Life scale (ProQOL, Stamm, 2010), is one of the most used assessment instruments for screening experiences of care professionals. The assessment incorporates three scales measuring the separate constructs of Compassion Fatigue/Secondary Traumatic Stress, Burnout and Compassion Satisfaction.
